About Me:

Paul’s background blends over 25 years of professional experience in start-up strategy, strategic planning, angel/VC financing, SBA lending, and equity crowdfunding. Paul’s specialty is working with entrepreneurial ventures to refine their business model, create an investment-driven business plan and prepare an effective funding presentation. He also advises CEOs and founding teams on these common start-up issues: legal entity selection, equity financing structures, financial forecasting and exit strategies.

As an adjunct faculty member for the Executive MBA program at California State University, Sonoma, Paul instructs the Capstone course in the Executive MBA program. Previous experience includes being the co-founder and Executive Director of the Venture Greenhouse, a full-service business accelerator serving early-stage green technology companies based in the greater Bay Area.

Paul regularly serves as an expert panelist or speaker for events dedicated to innovation and private investment capital held in the San Francisco Bay Area. As an author, Paul has written several articles examining start-up trends, innovation, green technology and angel/VC investment.
