Renaissance transforms lives and communities through entrepreneurship. NORCAL PTAC
Norcal PTAC is a nonprofit program formed to help businesses successfully sell their products and services to government agencies. Their free services include one-on-one counseling, custom bid matching, training, resources, and networking opportunities.
