If you’re embarking on your entrepreneurial journey and opting to establish your business as an LLC, but feeling unsure about the initial steps, the LLC 101 Workshop is tailor-made for you. This introductory session will demystify the fundamentals of LLCs, including:
-Key features of this business structure;
-Essential steps for formation; and
-Basic insights into tax obligations and available resources.
Participants of this workshop who are ready to initiate their LLC formation process today can have the opportunity to apply for guidance from advisor Ben Martin. Through this collaboration, you’ll receive guidance on the step-by-step procedure of establishing your LLC.
This comprehensive assistance involves:
(a) Assisting you in filing for your LLC (please bring your laptop or device, along with a credit/debit card for State Fees; filing by mail with a check may considerably prolong the process),
(b) Collaboratively drafting your operating agreement, to be completed via Zoom appointment(s) later. By the conclusion of the workshop, you will have officially initiated the steps required to establish your California LLC.
