At the San Mateo SBDC, advisor Paul Bozzo worked with Alden to bring her the latest news regarding the SBA disaster relief funding. He helped her put together her loan packages. Throughout the process, he also did a needs assessment and learned that Alden wanted to know how to expand and grow her profits. Although she had originally come to San Mateo SBDC for disaster relief, she received assistance above and beyond her initial needs

Alden was awarded an Economic Injury Disaster Loan of $149,000 and $47,276 for the Paycheck Protection Program which helped her to stay in business. Meanwhile she’s poised to expand and grow thanks to a twelve-month marketing strategy she and her advisor put together which focuses on twelve-month cash flow projections and growing the business by referral.
