Robby Bancroft, also known as “Mr. Pacifica,” is an award-winning restaurateur, digital marketing consultant, and dedicated community leader. A lifelong resident of Pacifica, Robby is the co-owner of Rockaway Beach staples Breakers Breakfast, Brunch & Lunch and The Shore Shack. His diverse professional background includes working as a Data Analyst at Google and Apple, Development and Communications Coordinator of Pacifica Resource Center, and serving on the Board of Directors for Pacificans Care.

In June 2026, while concurrently operating his independent marketing agency and hosting his own podcast and video series Robby’s World, Bancroft officially joined the San Mateo County Small Business Development Center (SBDC) as a certified Business Advisor and is available to advise new clients.
