About Me:

Gabriela Sapp, MBA. CEO, Equitable Growth Solutions, Inc.

Gabriela Sapp earned her MBA in Finance and Management from San Francisco State University and her Economics Degree from the University of Lima in Peru. She has over a decade of experience in small business consulting, coaching, and managing grant-funded organizations. Not to mention her extensive experience in commercial real estate and small business financing: originating, underwriting, and structuring complex credit transactions.  She has grown a strong network of business and community leaders while working within the private sector, non-profit, and government agencies. From 2009 to 2013, she was the Associate Director for the SF SBDC. In 2013, she co-founded and manages a small business consulting firm called Equitable Growth Solutions Inc. There, she conducts needs assessments, creates strategic plans, and makes sure businesses access capital and resources for sustainable growth.  Gabriela enjoys teaching corporate finance at San Jose State University. She is an immediate past Director for California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce (CHCC), runs a women leadership program for CHCC Northern Region, and is the current VP of Student Affairs for the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA).
