Help Shape the Future of San Bruno’s Business Districts!
The City of San Bruno is undertaking an initiative called Elevate San Bruno to strengthen the City’s fiscal health by updating land-use policy, expanding housing capacity, improving development feasibility, and modernizing the City’s development review process.
Elevate San Bruno is entering its next phase. The City is exploring opportunities to modify building regulations to allow taller heights and increased density, primarily in the city’s commercial districts along El Camino Real and in the Downtown.

In addition to learning about the project, during the last 30 minutes of the meeting, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with City staff and the San Mateo Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to learn about the City’s permitting and development review process, business licensing, business support programs, financing resources, and other services available to help local businesses grow and succeed.
